Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy. You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
Product Condition
The returned product must be in its original condition, including packaging, labels, etc., and must not have been used, damaged or modified.
If the product has quality problems, it is not subject to the above conditions, but please contact us within 3 days of discovering the problem.

2. Refunds
Refund Method
The refund will be refunded according to your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
Refund Amount
If you return the product within the return period and in accordance with the regulations, we will refund the full amount of the product you paid.
If the product has quality problems, we will also cover the reasonable shipping costs incurred by your return.
If you return the product for personal reasons, you may need to bear the return shipping costs.
Non-refundable Items
Items without tags or that have been worn, damaged or altered are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Items that have been worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will not accept order cancellation requests if the order shave already been shipped.
